I am the landlord of 45 Harringay road, N15 3JB. On a recent inspection of the property in question I noted a large cherry tree outside the house that needs substantial pruning or removal. This tree is blocking the natural light into the house inside and outside. This is impacting the tenants quality of life as the rooms to the front are too dark and cold to use properly. There is mould due to the damp and this is reducing my property value. Please can this be addressed as soon as possible as this is seriously impacting my tenants. I have photos as evidence.
