I am the landlord of 45 Harringay road, N15 3JB. On a recent inspection of the property in question I noted a large cherry tree outside the house that needs substantial pruning or removal. This tree is blocking the natural light into the house inside and outside. This is impacting the tenants quality of life as the rooms to the front are too dark and cold to use properly. There is mould due to the damp and this is reducing my property value. Please can this be addressed as soon as possible as this is seriously impacting my tenants. I have photos as evidence. It's incredible how a children's park in Turpike Lane, a place for small children, is full of garbage, dirty, and with unmaintained games, full of mold and damaged, with wires out of place where children can get stuck and do a lot of damage. They have tried to fix them with tape. This park is inhumane, where children are not in a healthy place, much less clean. People smoking marijuana, drinking horribly, but the worst thing is the children's games are all damaged.-Ducketts Common

Good Morning, My family and I visit Priory Park often and my kids love the park. I was wondering if there are plans to add more sand in the sandbox area. Has this been addressed already? How much would it cost to add a bit more sand as the sand level is so low that there is black fabric showing instead of sand. I was also wondering what the plans are for the zip line. Will it be repaired? Would be great to get a response and to get involved in helping these improvements getting done for my kids and all the families that frequent the park. -Priory Park
