There was a very large tree on my back garden fence line which was deemed to be causing subsidence to several houses and was subsequently cut down by the council a few years ago. <br/><br/>This tree is rapidly growing back with serval large trucks emerging from the stump that are now approximately 20ft high. The multiple trunks are growing in every which direction, are unstable and unsafe. A large trunk has grown up against my garden shed and is causing damage to my property. <br/><br/>The regrowing tree completely destroyed my fence and a new fence was put around the tree causing me to loose land from my property and our rear neighbours have now gained the land. As the tree regrows it will cause ongoing damage to my shed and fence as well as boundaries to my property. We are also concerned that the subsidence to our property will return. The tree needs to be fully removed by having the trunks cut back and stump ground down.
