There is a tree outside my house, 4 Princes Avenue, Alexandra Park, London N22 7SA which is so big and overgrown that it is causing cracks in the bay window of the terraced house, as well as blocking out all the light in the front living room and bedroom.<br/><br/>We informed our insurance company about this last year and they are monitoring the cracks but they are waiting to hear from Haringey Council about removing the tree....Please can you get on to this? It has been taking months. The tree is now completely out of control!<br/><br/>Please can you at least send someone to inspect and prune the tree/reduce the crown as soon as possible so that I can have some more light in the front of my house? The darkness is starting to affect my mental health. The branches are right up against the bedroom window and very noisy. If it carries on growing it will smash the glass at this rate!<br/><br/>I would be happy to appoint a tree surgeon myself if Haringey Council will pay for it.
