My neighbour at 44 Philip Lane (his entrance is on Arnold Road) has a blocked drain which has been running sewage and waste water into Arnold Road onto the pavements for the last week. He has spoken to the landlord/ estate agents (Andrew Lloyd) but nothing is being done. It is very smelly and revolting and running all down Arnold Road and not being fixed. It is sewage water because there is toilet paper mixed in. The drain is in the property boundary, but the estate agent is not responding to him. I have to walk out into sewage every time I leave my house and can't sit in the garden because of the smell.-97 Arnold Road, Tottenham, London, N15 4JQ
