The owner of 88 Great Cambridge Road owns a blue disable badge, she died last year & the family are still using it to park their car outside in the disable bay. I am also disabled with a blue badge but have to park down the road as they refused to hand back the blue badge. Also the blue badge in the white car KN13ZZS is a copy & not the real badge. I was told that the badge dies with the owner & therefore the family should have surrender the badge back.
