![I am writing to raise a concern regarding persistent vibrations caused by heavy vehicles passing along [insert road name], which I believe are due to a dip in the road surface, possibly over a utility cover located near my property at [insert your address].
The vibrations are particularly noticeable in rooms facing the road and extend to the loft conversion. One of the first-floor rooms, which includes a bay window, has developed cracks on either side of the window frame. I am concerned that these structural issues may be linked to the repeated vibrations caused by the road condition.
I would be grateful if the engineering team could investigate the dip in the road and assess whether remedial work is needed to prevent further damage to nearby properties. I am attaching photograph of road defect in question.
