16/07/2025 This is a private land and any offence such as Fly/Bin Tipping, occurs on such land it is count as a civil dispute. If someone has witnessed the offence taking place, they can take legal action against the individual but unfortunately the council has no legal power to take any enforcement action against the offender nor any responsibility to clear up the dumped rubbish. The landowners are the legal liable party to clear any dumped rubbish from their land and in this case presumably the liability falls onto the person/company in charge in charge of the land. You may wish to contact Veolia directly on the details below to arrange a collection. • Telephone 0208 885 7700 • Email: enquiries.haringey@veolia.com Alternatively, you can visit the link below for more information on how to book a collection. https://www.haringey.gov.uk/environment-and-waste/refuse-and-recycling/refuse/bulky-items-collection-service#price

Due to the wooden gate next to the Cadent power box not being chained and locked, as residents were seeing the green box at the most northern corner of the park having more gang tag graffiti sprayed on it - the most recent happened last night and is a silver gang tag. The box is now an absolute eyesore and blot on our lovely park’s landscape, please remove *ALL* graffiti as a matter of priority as it’s attracting other anti social behaviour in this corner of the park. Thank you.-51 Endymion Road, Hornsey, London, N4 1EQ
