two utility cabinets with their doors open on pavement of elmfield avenue at junction with middle lane<br/>the doors are attached to the cabinets but the doors are open and need to be locked<br/>there are three cabinets here and two cabinets have their doors unlocked<br/>one is a bt openreach cabinet and the other is a virgin media cabinet all have wires inside them indicating they are in use<br/>by the bus stop on the side of the house on pavement of elmfield avenue about ten metres from junciton of elmfield avenue and middle lane<br/>please dont ask for photos or ask me questions about this
