The issue is located in my back garden, regarding my neighbour’s tree damaging my garden. The root has caused significant damage to the fence and paving within my garden, which is a health and safety hazard for my 3 children, the youngest being 2 years old. I have made numerous phone calls to the council for the past 2 years to sort this out but nothing has been done-Risley Avenue
