if you are outside the house at 190 nelson road walk uphill on pavement of nelson road and u see broken glass on pavement of nelson rd nearest curb and in gutter of nelson rd. another way to describe it is <br/>if you are at junction of tottenham lane and nelson road walk downhill on pavement of nelson road on left hand side of road downhill and within a few metres of leaving this junction u see this broken glass well before u get to house at 190 nelson road .... might be a car window broken rather than something else but no car here.....
