I have seen 3 young boys changing the registration plates on the vehicle,
And then walk off down the cemetery path.

it is parked halfway on the double yellow lines.
It is not parked in a bay,
Its passenger wheels and front passenger side, blocking the road
making it very difficult for Traffic,
