We are the managing agent for the above properties. Opposite these properties is a very large Cherry tree. We have had a surveyor and structural engineer take a look and they have noted that the roots have spread under the bay and presumably very close to the property. They suggested to contact yourselves to either remove the tree or substantially cut it back to avoid stability problems. Please could you advise.
