Manhole cover is lifted from pressure of water rushing out. There is a horrible smell which makes me think it might be sewage. One side of Bruce Grove from around elmhurst road to the station has a fast stream of water gushing out with big puddles on road and part of the pavement where you can’t cross without getting wet. a brown rusty coloured tin of liquid that is two foot tall and one foot wide. on side of tin it says flamable liquid. this is where the pavement meets the road at the curb next to the very large metal coloured wheely bin. this flytip has been here for a week or more. this is by the curb outside the hillman legal partnership office which is at 91 weston park n8. when the bin is emptied this flytip is not removed . i saw this today. -Shop, 91 Weston Park, Hornsey, London, N8 9PR
