Manhole cover is lifted from pressure of water rushing out. There is a horrible smell which makes me think it might be sewage. One side of Bruce Grove from around elmhurst road to the station has a fast stream of water gushing out with big puddles on road and part of the pavement where you can’t cross without getting wet.
